PHYSICAL: Bike 15 mins to a location you normally don't workout. Dismount. Walk/ run for 15 mins. Bike back. SPIRITUAL: 2 Cor. 5:17-21. Pray/ reflect for 10 mins. RELATIONAL: Take different route to work/ class/ errands/ etc. Interact with "New creations"
