Service Description

PHYSICAL: Run 3 miles. If feeling good, pick up pace last 1/2 mile. 30 push ups/1 min planks (front/sides/back). SPIRITUAL: Read 2 Chron. 2:4-10. Reflect on diverse materials needed for temple. RELATIONAL: Befriend someone of different culture/belief/race
